What kind of issues do you work with?

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, and major life changes. I also have extensive experience treating more complex mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Okay, but how does it work?

Getting started is simple. Sessions are held securely through Zoom and can be attended from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Aside from not having to drive to an office, the therapy process is much the same as an in-person session.

How do I know if this is right for me?

Telehealth works well for many people because it removes travel time and allows therapy to happen in a familiar environment. Some people still prefer meeting in person, and that's okay. During our first session, we'll discuss whether telehealth is a good fit for your needs and goals.
